  Together with my team of sourcing developers and demand planners, I lead the sourcing and supply agenda from a Range Area perspective through close collaboration with key supply stakeholders. As a member of the management team, I lead the creation of our Business plans through cooperation across teams both internally and externally and secure that opportunities and limitations from a supply chain perspective are integrated and secured in execution. I'm also responsible to develop an efficient global supply chain planning for my business, by leading the demand planning function and processes. Show less I led a global project connected to IKEA's journey to transform our Food operations from a service into a Business. My project focused on orchestrating the range & supply consolidation steps needed in order to build our Food supply set up for the future. To this end, my main goal was to develop pre-conditions from governance, process and people perspective, which will support our future ways of working. I contributed to important business benefits, such as increased efficiency, lower costs and higher job satisfaction, together with key stakeholders and leaders from several IKEA organisations.
