  At the moment, I am leading the MEAL Systems of a consortium-managed Resilience and Ultra-Poor Graduation (UPG) program in Somalia. I am responsible for leading the consortium partners including World Vision (a prime lead), ACTED International (an implementing partner), and IFPRI (a Research and Learning Partner). The Somalia UPG is a three-year program funded by USAID/BHA. The program mainly focuses on building the resilience of the ultra-poor and most vulnerable IDPs and host communities in Somalia by providing support through Multi-purpose Cash Assistance (MPCA), Agriculture, Financial Inclusion, and Social Empowerment (DRR). Ultimately, the program aims at enhancing graduation of the ultra-poor households graduating out of extreme poverty. The MEAL Manager leads and coordinating the designing of a robust MEAL Systems such as Theory of Change (ToC), Logical Framework, Planning and leading on baseline, assessments, Researches and Learning; quality assurance; and impact evaluations.
