      • Strategic Relationship Management: Directed IHI’s Strategic Partners Global Network by deeply engaging with a select group of global organizations in multi-year, high-touch Strategic Partnerships driving system-wide health care transformation. Collaborated with IHI leadership on several phases of network redesign. Designed and delivered two iterations of annual network convening “Summer Camp” in Jönköping, Sweden in 2022 and Memphis, Tennessee in 2023. Supervised four direct reports, providing day-to-day support and long-term development and performance improvement.• Data Analytics and Health Equity Expertise: Coached health care system teams enrolled in IHI’s Pursuing Equity Action Community & Learning Network undertaking system-wide transformation through achievement of measurable improvements via health equity projects. Coached teams through tracking KPIs, establishing a quarterly cadence for stratifying patient outcomes using REAL and SOGI data, collating and presenting extensive data-driven reports to hospital leadership, and collaborating with various departments across system to successfully scale up improvement projects.• Complex Project and Finance Management: Scoped and executed on major federal award from the CDC for three-year project including a landscape analysis as well as leadership program for managers in eight US jurisdictions. Managed multi-million dollar budget and delivered monthly budget to actuals report as well as extensive annual budget proposals to funder.• Content Expertise and Program Development: Built expertise in Population Health and Health Equity by collaborating with faculty consultants to design and deliver content for Learning Networks, including webinars, group coaching sessions, and in-person workshops. Reviewed and recommended session abstracts for inclusion at the 2024 IHI Forum, contributing to strategic program development and thought leadership in health equity and population health. Show less
