      As Operations Supervisor I was responsible in ensuring every staff member was meeting the needs of over 1500 guests per day. I played an important part of the management team responsible for hiring, training, managing and evaluating our staff. I was also responsible for handling customer feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction.

      As Human Resources Manager, my responsibilities include training, employment practices, recognition and reward programs, staffing, performance management, compliance and creating and maintaining a positive associate relations environment. I execute all HR related policies, practices and direction from the company. I provide leadership and support for the Store Management team. I develop and implement HR programs to source, recruit, hire, develop and train Management to fill vacancies and to provide candidates for the future growth of the company. I assist Management with staffing the Store with “service” oriented associates; participate in interviews and selection, coordinate training, prepare and approve performance appraisals, recommend merits and promotional increases, prepare weekly work schedules, coach and motivate associates to promote positive customer relations and a productive team-oriented work environment. I maintain an open door policy in the store, administer all recognition programs, and supervise the Focus Groups and follow up on all issues. I’ve established and maintain all store level communication programs that include: a monthly newsletter, communication boards, handouts and meetings with associates.
