Safety goal was to have zero preventable accidents. • Train and develop new team members in alignment with branch service standards and objectives.• Assist in executing branch operations such as creating branch goals, staffing, management of a fleet of over 45 employees, served as a primary contact for the Philadelphia market. • Served as primary contact for many top Non-Fran accounts; Non-Fran accounts are the most profitable accounts in DSD (Direct Sales Delivery). • Participated in the Non-Fran Sales Committee. The purpose of the committee was to share success in the Non-Fran aspect of our business with other District Managers to help them succeed in areas where they may have been struggling. • FY 22’ grew sales by $139,000 or 6% was able to achieve this by creating specific plans, goals, and route optimization. • Hiring manager for the branch warehouse. Had to create postings, recruit, interview, and hire part time employees to help staff the warehouse. • Assisted with the interview process for FT employees by conducting phone interviews, in person interviews, and ride along.• Served as a “train the trainee” for new software program that the company transitioned to. • First half of FY 23’, grew total sales by $198,524 or 16.5%. This yielded an increase in big bet items (most profitable company items) by 9% or $104,200 in year. • Prospected for new business opportunities with current and potential clients by attending showcases, showing off products, and showing profits to prospective clients. • Monitored customer buying trends, market conditions and competitor actions to adjust strategies and achieve sales goals.In calendar year 2018, worked closely with State Rep Danilo Burgos, to develop sponsorship programs with Herr's products.
