  Project Initiatives worked on1. Commit :COMMIT application flow is divided into three parts:A. Customer complaint tracking: The customer mainly approaches the bank Associate with his problem/grievance, which is logged into the system by the Associate who is the Submitting Associate. This problem is identified by the application and is routed to a specific queue according to its nature where it is serviced.B. Customer Complaint Resolution: The complaint that is logged in is then serviced by the back end associate who becomes the Fulfilling Associate. The problem is resolved and closed.C. Administration: This section can be accessed mainly by the Administrators to change the configuration of the application. This provides configuration to the application.Contribution: 1. Created an API (ModifyCustomerDetails) to update customer details in WCC e.g. Customer Deceased date, Life Cycle status. 2. Created a JOB and Procedure to fetch Deceased customer data from commit database into a text file and put that flat file at WCC server.2. Banking Center Operational RepositoryThe BCOR System is banking center operational repository, which is used for measuring performance of banking center Nationwide. It is a data centric system, which is used to generate reports at many hierarchy levels as nationwide, division, region till banking center level. The application gets data from different sources and provides output data to some applications. This system was created in vb.net earlier, now migrating it to SSRS reports and introducing two more levels in hierarchy and change in data base structure.   Project: Cost Basis -Cost Basis engine is a robust tax lot accounting engine that provides systematic calculations of both realized and unrealized gain loss information. This highly scalable solution offers automatic processing of cost basis calculations including corporate actions, wash sale, option assignment and exercises, and wash sales, which are processed in either real-time or in an overnight batch process. Cost Basis also supports IRS (Internal Revenue Service) requirements 2012 Average Costing for mutual fund and DRP securities along with 1099B reportingData comes into Cost Basis directly from your back office, where the cost basis engine processes it and updates the cost basis information. Its Real-Time Back Office Interface is an application designed to read in customer's back office information, provided in standard format, and process this data into database.Contribution:1.
