Total surface of the building approx. 70.000 sqm, 42 level above the ground level, 120 luxury hotel rooms, 220 apartments, 6 technical levels with MEP substations.- Total value of the Project – approx. 150 million €. Total value of the constructed MEP works – approx. 28 million €.- Engaged by Joint Venture Milani-Longhi, Italy as Project Director and Contractor Representative at the beginning of execution phase of the Project.- Gathering and conducting the Serbian part of Project Management Team.- Preparation of the Plans to Completion for all MEP disciplines. Updated the Plans on regularly monthly base.- Following the execution of MEP activities at the construction site. Implementation of preventive and corrective measurements, through the team of Project Managers and Site Managers.- Participate the meetings with the Main Subcontractor, Engineer and the Client.
