      I worked as a full-time intern my last year in college. The first six months I spent supporting the generalist team for Merchandising. The last six months I spent recruiting and assisting with college relations for the Merchandising groups, particularly placing Business Analysts.

      I worked at St. Paul Companies, which merged with and then became Travelers Insurance. I was originally part of a rotational development program for HR professionals. I spent time as an HR Generalist supporting Finance, Accounting, and Investments groups, then several months as a Compensation Analyst where I led projects to match jobs for the merging organizations, designed the new pay structure, and also participated in the annual salary survey process. Finally I took a position as a generalist with the IT group, which I supported for almost a year before moving on to Verizon Wireless. Show less
