  I manage projects that help make public services work better for everyday people. I work particularly on projects connected to Children's Services, so I spend time with children and families to understand what would make 'services' better for them, and then work with commissioners and key partners to redesign those services. I worked with families in Wirral to design and launch the Family Toolbox - www.familytoolbox.co.uk, and supported Wirral's new model of Early Help services to manage the digital tools going forward. I also wrote the comms strategy and supported with marketing and recruitment for Juno, a new model for children's residential care.
