Setting up of vendor loans for proprietors of Optus stores moving from sub licensee to licensee arrangements, redundancy planning, soft landing with stakeholders. Post closure: Overseeing vendor loan arrangements, financial reporting and winding up of assets, working through 5-year payroll tax audit with Queensland Revenue Office, to finalise distribution of final assets to beneficiaries of trust.
