  -Responsible for 3D LV competency training for Philips and GE equipment across all sites, supporting over 60 sonographers. Developed educational documents and provided detailed, personalized feedback on many sonographers' echocardiograms.-Sonographer Mentor: Provided mentoring, guidance, and education while performing regular QA assessments for 11 sonographers under my supervision.-Trained in structural heart procedures using transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) and intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) in the cath lab, assisting interventionists during cases.-Updated multiple lab protocols and created new educational and instructional documents, such as the Cazmyos Bike Stress Echo Protocol, Impela and Mechanical Assist Device Protocol, and 3D LV and LA Volume and Mitral Valve Quantification on the Philips Epiq. Additionally, independently created guides for performing 3D full volume and left ventricle quantification for GE ultrasound machines, as well as a VExUS (Venous Excess Ultrasound) imaging guide.-Represented the sonographers of the La Jola/Memorial campus during the Rapid Improvement Event (RIE), a colaborative process involving nurses, doctors, and administrative staff. Focused on identifying areas for improvement from the moment an echo was ordered until it was finalized by a cardiologist. Implemented process improvements that reduced the lab's throughput times by 9 hours.-Actively participated in four different research trials: V-wave, Encircle, Triluminate, and Clasp II. Neonatal Echo: Performed neonatal echocardiograms with precision and care. Trained multiple adult sonographers to transition successfully into neonatal scanning, thereby enhancing team capabilities and patient care.-Echocardiographic Imaging: Perform a variety of echocardiography examinations, including transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE), transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE), and stress echocardiograms, to assess cardiac structure, function, and hemodynamics.
