  With a comprehensive corporate law background, I gained extensive experience in handling court litigation in contract disputes, recovery, Injunctions, Declaration & Specific Performance, property, Arbitrations, cheque bouncing, FIR, Charge-sheet & Bail matters. All these include preparing of briefs, drafting of Plaints, Petitions, Complaints, Written Statements, Rejoinders, Applications, Affidavits and other important documentation. I provide dedicated representation in all phases of Civil and Criminal Trials before courts of law both at district and high court levels and various Tribunals.Over the years, I have also handled GST, Custom, FEMA, IPR, Stamp Duty, Consumer Disputes, Labour, MACT, RTI, family, succession law related matters. I successfully defended- Winding-up petition against my client; observations of Income Tax Department against the Scheme of Amalgamation being got approved. I got the name of defunct company restored from Court. I also handle Corporate Insolvency, Restructuring, Oppression & Mismanagement, and all Company Law matters.I am responsible for drafting, reviewing and vetting of various Commercial Contracts. My role also involves overseeing critical inputs and inclusions pertaining to various agreements viz. Shareholders, Partnership, Lease Deeds, Property Agreements, MoU, Business acquisition agreements, marketing agreements, tie-ups, agreements pertaining to Dealership, Service Provider, Non-Disclosure, Logistic, Vendor Supply, HR Consultancy service, IT, and other Commercial activities. I also provide all legal assistance to Start-ups to set up their business including consultancy for attracting investment by prospective investors in their ventures.I conduct legal Due-Diligence of corporate entities for merger & acquisitions.
