  The course consisted of a 1 month introductory course on campus for the basics of film making with opportunities to practice, followed by 1 month placement at the Mauritius Film Development Corporation.The course ended with the creation of a mini series titled "Les Adventures de Pico", which was produced under the guidance of the UTM and MFDC staffs but reliant entirely on the materials created by the participants of the course.
