I traveled From Cape Cod to Tunisia in Africa to import and export tuna. A 1,500 pound Bluefin tuna caught in St. Georges bay of Nova Scotia was my largest single tuna export to Japan. It was auctioned for $35,000.2. I am a sushi chef trained by master chefs in reputable sushi restaurants in Manhattan.3. I am a sushi instructor chosen as one of the best cooking school by CBS. Many of my couples class graduates got married!4. I am a business man who developed "Chef to You" program for colleges, hospitals, country clubs and many more .... My largest party was for 6,000 guests of Fidelity investment and served over 30,000 pieces of sushi prepared by 12 sushi chefs!5.
