  The N Crowd is professional improv comedy troupe that performs weekly in Philadelphia. As the business manager, I am responsible for maintaining the website, handling all ticket purchases, most customer service issues, and have a voice in major decisions regarding the troupe. I also track attendance, show numbers, and produce graphs for the troupe showing audience trends. In addition, I perform regularly with the troupe at practically every show.   I am currently advising as needed social media channels for three businesses in the Philadelphia suburbs. I monitor their posts on their social media accounts. I monitor their Yelp, Foursquare, Google, and other relevant review listings. At the end of the month I put together a comprehensive report of their social media channels for them to look over. When needed I take pictures of new products or new store setups. I also create videos featuring Colt Sebastian Taylor for businesses and various video competitions. These channels included Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and Pinterest. I assisted with online marketing efforts within the online sales department. I produced product demonstration videos for new products we sale at Taylor Gifts. I portrayed the character "Colt Sebastian Taylor" in these product demonstration videos.

I serve as the lead contact for centers and the website provider organizing content updates and troubleshooting any website problems. I also research, track, and report on competitive and organic changes that might affect the website’s rank in search.
