      Same tasks as the Food Safety Coordinator and Officer positions in addition to:- Canada’s branch on field support as well as newly opened outlets abroad (when needed)- Develop/Update Standard Operating Procedures’ Manuals for all entities (Central Kitchen, Restaurants, Pastry, Bakery and Franchisees…)- Train Food Safety Officers & interns and follow up on their tasks- Audit Franchisees and report audits’ findings to the QD Manager & Top Management- Organize tasks related to the ISO 22000 system and fill in as a Food Safety Team Leader during the surveillance audit if required- Conduct Restaurants Operations Review (ROR) where different parameters are assessed including the financial state of outlets (Profit and Loss), waste percentage, inventories…- Correct/Follow up on Mystery Shoppers’ reports and communicate reports’ findings and monthly reports to the related branches and the Top Management- Follow up on the Quality Management System (QMS) by checking and updating documents related to each department in the aim of implementing the ISO 9001 system Show less Same tasks as the Food Safety Coordinator in addition to:- Schedule sampling, supplier visits and organize food safety coordinators’ schedule- Train Food Safety Coordinators & interns and follow up on their tasks- Perform supplier visits and report the visits’ findings to the QD Manager, Procurement and Top Management- Review and update all documents related to the ISO 22000 system (procedures, work instructions, FSMS planning, organizational chart, emergency preparedness…)- Follow up on the proper implementation of the ISO 22000 system - Perform Internal Audits on company’s departments (Procurement, Human Resources, Customer Service…)- Report internal audits’ findings to the QD Manager and Top Management and follow up on corrective actions- Validate new processes/items and attend tasting sessions if required- Support Franchisees (UAE, Qatar, KSA, Kuwait…) and update their documents- Combine and analyze monthly & yearly reports and report them to the QD manager Show less - Conduct monthly Food safety and Quality audits in all outlets, warehouses and central kitchens including pastry and bakery- Report audit findings to the QD Manager and Top Management and follow up on corrective actions- Fill Monthly Reports - Train employees on correct food safety practices- Monitor the HACCP system and review Flow Charts of all menu items along with their Products Descriptions & Hazard Analysis- Prepare food, water, swabs and other samples for lab testing and analyze the results- Investigate special complaints and follow up on corrective actions in case needed- Review and update the approved suppliers list, allergens sheet, cleaning manual and other Food Safety related documents Show less
