Working in the Ninja Global team, here's how i contributed to make the platform reach a global audience:- Working primarily as a Founding Product Designer, I worked on various parts of the Ninja Global application and shipped some really crucial features. Worked extensively on User Research, User flows and wireframing concepts. Worked on High Fidelity designs and prototyping as well.- Worked closely with Product, Tech and Business teams to understand the requirements and conceptualize solutions.   I contributed to the development of Good Game Exchange (GGX), an end-to-end infrastructure platform that empowers game developers to seamlessly integrate digital asset trading mechanics into their games via a software development kit (SDK). My role involved:- Conducting over 5+ product deconstructs to understand the functionality of various apps and games giving us a creative edge over our competitors.- Analyzing compliance requirements for payment solutions on the App Store and Play Store.- Leading user research and analysis to identify key factors influencing app usage and user drop-off, and implementing strategies to improve retention.- Researching marketplaces to gain insights into the digital collectibles landscape. This helped us enhance our product offerings by identifying key areas for development and innovation.- Designing data collection flows and assessing technical feasibilities to ensure efficient collaboration with the tech team.- Developing rewards and achievements systems to enhance user engagement and retention. These efforts helped in building a robust and user-centric platform, enabling game developers to focus on creating compelling gaming experiences while we handled the complexities of digital asset trading, compliance, and user retention.
