  My role as a Senior Scheduler was to provide project planning and scheduling and control services through the project control phases from start up to close out of the project on each package of work. Responsible for overall Project Planning & Schedule Management for several programs (multi-projects) with a value of $2Bn. Projects consisted of:• Gas Turbines & Combined Cycle Power plants projects(with the collaboration of Siemens, Ansaldo, Alstom)• Oil & Gas Piping & Utilities Projects• T&D ProjectsMain Responsibilities:• Produce and review project WBS to ensure that it is covering all the scope of work and all the WBS packages are manageable• Prepare and review baseline schedules to ensure all packages have realistic and logically linked schedules for tracking and reporting during FEED and EPC execution (using Oracle Primavera P6, network diagram and Gantt chart view)• Review Schedules, financial Risks and prepare mitigation plans if possible.• Attend progress review meetings with client and senior managers to review project variance report and project progress s-curves on monthly bases. • Assists in the preparation of the final project close-out report.• Ensure the program is in compliance with all project controls procedures and work processes.
