  I recently accepted the opportunity to be the front-of-house manager for the brand-new Clean Eatz Cafe in Athens, Georgia. I was able to be a part of the interviewing process to choose the best employees for the new restaurant. My role with Clean Eatz is the Front of House Manager which entails making sure that the cashiers understand their role, maintaining the store's cleanliness, and remarketing the marketplace food items to ensure that the store is profiting. I am also overseeing the catering of the business, so I am actively marketing for Clean Eatz to ensure that they meet their monthly goals for catering. Show less
