Manage communication between cross-functional teams including account management, project management, engineering, and production teams.  Accountable for all program deliverables to be completed on time and within budget.  Work alongside Operations Management in the development of new accounts and fixture programs by establishing and integrating best practices. Manage continuous process improvements to gain efficiencies within the business involving personnel, procedures, and cost of goods. Highly effective change management in very dynamic retail environments including managing resource planning adjustments and documentation version control. Create program documentation and communications. Report status, risk analysis, and program progress to senior management. Manage the maintenance program of over 220 Nike locations nationwide. Coordinate resolution for over 1,200 maintenance requests per year.Accomplishments: Program budgets managed equate to $5-6 million annually. Participated in a JIT inventory ordering process improvement resulting in reduced warehousing costs. Coordinated a process for reducing invoicing delays resulting in invoices being processed 30% sooner, better cash flow, and quicker payment. Formalized a process to eliminate product return processing delays, which resulted in warehouse space savings and prevented excess production at an approximate annual cost savings of $75,000. Developed and maintained a web-based database of active program part numbers, engineering drawing numbers, engineering/design revisions, and CIRs by fixture, which led to fewer errors when launching new production orders.
