  The project involves 21 university researchers and 13 community partners. I communicated with the team members and conducted interviews and surveys to engage and make diverse voices heard. I also helped make explicit the team’s progress in moving toward a convergence research paradigm. I also contributed to the education and JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity. and Inclusion) components of the projects that focus on engaging community members in achieving a just transition from a linear to a circular economy.
