      Working as Camp Director for Jay Nolan Camp, I handled all aspects of the preparation of the camp, the interviewing/hiring/training of camp staff, the registration of campers, billing, program managment, and managed 35 staff annually. I also made sure to meet the standards of the American Camp Association consistently, and annually evaluated the program, staff, while working to retain staff through incentives and events I would plan for.

      I coordinated Camp volunteers from the application process to the door in volunteering for our residential Camp (that has Summer sessions for campers with cancer and their siblings, and Spring and Fall Family Camp sessions for the family unit).
