      • On site Operations Producer - Managed technical crews ranging from 25 – 200+. • Full Circle Service - Strategic planning, execution, support and event status of 200+ live remote sports events yearly. Proactively managed all event needs: created surveys, worked with mobile unit companies, stadiums, vendors, equipment shipping logistics, hotel rooming lists, hired daily staff, catering, security, ordered equipment etc.• Dead Line Driven - Never missed a dead line. All events made air, on time maintaining ESPN’s brand quality. • Road Warrior - Traveled to events weekly, often with less than 24 hour notice. Was the go to person for last minute events or when operations producer called out.• Time Management - Produced surveys and managed events often with 24 - 48 hour notice - March Madness, playoffs, chases, illnesses etc.• Adapt to Change - Adapted to program changes, equipment failure, personnel cancellations, stadium concerns, weather, shipping issues etc.• Created on the road health program.• Resourceful - Event day, the generator for the mobile unit failed. It's Sunday morning with a snow storm approaching. Finding a new generator seemed impossible. Mass dialing, a generator was found, arriving an hour prior to air.       JETS ( Jewish Employment Transition Services ) a non denominational program helping people in transition find employment through workshops, networking and human resources services. •. Job Search Work Team CoordinatorDuring the Covid pandemic, working with team leaders to have their weekly meetings on ZOOM. Managing the requests of colleagues in transition to join support teams. I have placed 400+ colleagues in various groups and 300+ have landed. Under my direction we have expanded from 4 to 6 support teams helping dozens of an additional colleagues receive support.Track and create communications between team leaders about employment opportunities, reporting attendance and balancing the membership among the search teams. Created a universal JSWT Google folder and calendar for team members to access documents and events. Plan / organize “Speed Networking” sessions. Round table of approximately 35 colleagues in transition. These sessions afford members of the JETS (Jewish Education Transition Services) community and the JFS Job Search Work Teams to practice their TMAY (tell me about yourself) speeches and network with others outside of their regular team environment. I've created and disseminated handouts i.e. resumes, cover letters, interviewing questions, and time management chart.•. Team LeaderTeam leader for the JETS Job Work Search Team in West Hartford, co leader of the Newington team. I organize, lead weekly meetings.
