      • To work as site supervisor during construction of all Customers services center at Multan Circle.• Manage a team of call center agents.• Be available to effect entirety of the team’s operations.• Manage by walking around be visible to answer question.• Take calls that agents can’t handle and be available to when an agent appears to need assistance.• Monitor queue and track inbound calls.
