  • Responsible for reviewing and implementing Project Quality Plan, Quality Control Procedure, Inspection and Test Plans, Method Statements. • Involved from initial stage of project i.e. Material Receiving, Installation, Testing, commissioning until handover of project records. • Responsible for coordinating with Site Manager to prepare day-to-day inspection schedules for all inspection and testing activities at site. • Prepare Quality Control Procedure, Checklist as per the project requirements. • Reporting to QA/QC Manager. • Responsible to coordinate with SETS Consultant and discuss the closing of Non Conformance Report (NCR) and Site Observation Report (SOR). • Responsible to prepare Work Commencement Request (WCR) and Work Inspection Request for completed activities at site. • Responsible for Issuing Non-Conformance Report (NCR) to Execution team and Sub-Contractor for standard violations. • Dismantling and demolishing of the building according to the plan. • Replacement of old Window and Doors with a new one. • Installation of Green Pads Lighting attached to the historical building. • Conduct Site Surveillance to Ensure Quality of work at site. (Strengthen of foundation work, Replacement or Correction of Coral Stone Block Wall, Restoration of Architecture and Structure Wooden elements, Reinforcement Inspection and Concrete Casting) • Responsible to be prepared for Internal Audits/SETS Consultant Assessments and update the corrective actions proposed by Auditors.
