Since joining Fengate Capital in 2007 as one of its initial hires in the infrastructure group, Guy has been involved on numerous transactions and has specifically led/co-led Fengate Capital’s efforts on Woodstock General Hospital, Waterloo Region Consolidated Courthouse, Surrey Memorial Hospital Redevelopment and Expansion, Waypoint Center for Mental Health, St. Joseph’s Healthcare London, St. Thomas Consolidated Courthouse, Sunderland Solar Project and Green Soldier Once Solar Project. During Guy's time, the company went from circa $0.2B of assets under management to over $1.5B.On projects/transactions, Guy is involved in finding partners (e.g. construction, facility maintenance, advisors), communicating/managing the long term interest of the equity investor throughout the procurement process, structuring the financing, liaising with the financial advisor, negotiating key contracts (e.g. credit agreements, construction contract, facility maintenance contracts, etc.), liaising with the procuring authority and coordinating the request for qualification / request for proposal.
