  I worked in a multidisciplinary team of engineers on developing a food powder dust detector by designing and building a dust generator and integrate it with a dust sensor to form a working device. The complete device has now been handed over to Amway and installed in food & drinks department product development lab.

  I worked with Audi's HR department to initiate events on the University of Michigan campus to promote Audi’s company value and to help Audi recruit recent college graduates for full time positions and internships. I was in charge of Audi’s social media management and conducting surveys around campus about students’ career interests.

  I worked on PZT actuated micro robots and assessed their ability to optimize velocity using minimal on-board sensing. I developed reference data sets for all combinations of input and output sources and their influence on the robot velocity. I developed MATLAB codes and was able to use three distinct machine learning algorithms to analyze robot velocity and their optimization ability. I have a second authorship publication on American Control Conference titled “Clustered Optimization of a Small-Scale Robot Swarm with Minimal On-Board Sensing”. Show less

  I was the lead on the nuclear science and technology communications project in partnership with the Nuclear Engineering Department and the Center for Socially Engaged Design at the University of Michigan. This project aims at assessing the public perception of nuclear energy in the intermountain west regions of the US. My responsibility as a project coordinator is to manage team progress, develop strategic community engagement plans for INL in interacting with the general public, setting a benchmark in a science-based, data-driven nuclear technology communication around the US.
