Key Accomplishments/Projects:- I designed a new Ornamental Horticulture Project, Student Services Buildings and Theater Complex, remodeled an exercise science facility, built a new track and field, paved and seal-coated a parking lot, completed two 12KV service upgrades and HVAC and roofing upgrades on multiple buildings . Completed all projects on time and within budget. - I oversaw $650 million under the California Bond Program for construction projects on two college campuses. - I ensured timely project completion by collaborating with DSA to obtain approval of all plans for each project.- I lowered costs by negotiating a new Project Labor Agreement (PLA) with the school and labor boards, achieving favorable terms by leveraging expertise gained in negotiation techniques.
