  During my time with CBRE Italy, I worked with the Milan Capital Advisors Team to research and organize data to produce concise and properly formatted client presentations on various debt servicing, equity servicing, and M&A deals. Additionally, I performed in depth research on comparable companies, projects, and markets to draft an Information Memorandum regarding one specific green energy deal as assigned to me by the head of the Capital Advisors department.

  While interning with Corporate Finance Associates Lexington I worked with a team of Investment Bankers focusing on sell-side transactions for lower to middle-market businesses. My responsibilities included creating lists of targeted prospective buyers for offerings, including industry specific companies and Private Equity Groups. Additionally, I worked on excel valuation models to assist with pricing and deal completion, marketing presentations for client acquisition, and Confidential Information Memorandums for distribution to prospective buyers.   Retrospective Project Intern

  During my second internship with River Road Asset Management, I worked with the CEO and CRO in the execution of the largest-ever retrospective project in the history of the firm. I, as well as one other intern, organized, generated, and refined data sets surrounding every investment in the firm’s flagship strategy since its inception. We processed and captured massive amounts of qualitative and quantitative data from research summaries and historical performance metrics through intensive application of Word, Excel, Python, and FactSet.
