  I previously worked at a Primary Care Physicians office as an Assistant Manager. I worked closely with patients by scheduling them appointments over the phone as well as in person, I checked patients in for their appointments, collect co-pays and deductibles for each office visit as needed, I ran insurance eligibility, work with medical records, constantly communicate with patients via phone, take messages from the Nurses voicemail as well as fax prescription request back to the appropriate pharmacy and slowly beginning to work with electronic medical records by entering each patient into our new system as they come into our office each day.
