  As the Lead Engineer at CIE Solutions I helped developed both the technical and the business side of the company. CIE Solutions focused on large format lithium ion battery systems anywhere from 1 kilowatt hour up to 1 megawatt hour. Completed both the mechanical and electrical design on various systems from small portable power supplies, to industrial battery packs, to large, grid tied systems.Developed a CAN based battery controller to allow multiple strings of battery systems utilizing battery management systems (BMS) to work together in parallel as one large battery system as seen by the system controller or SCADA.Assembled battery systems from 48V to 750VDC.Developed test plans for a variety of battery packs to ensure customer performance expectations were met.
