The file migration of all records was successful and more efficient permissions were applied.• Analysed existing process maps files to produce an updated Service Catalogue for the business unit. I engaged with the CCP project business analysts to identify their most up-to-date process maps and other analytical knowledge.• Elicited the requirements of the stakeholders who were impacted by the merging of the QInvest and QSuper organisations. I developed the business requirements specification document relating to network, data, hardware, and software requirements. This required an in-depth analysis of the current state and stakeholder analysis to determine whether the previously included stakeholders were still required, or integral, to particular documents being attested. This process was documented, successfully tested by three initial projects and presented to the wider Business Change Management business unit.• Assisted with testing procedures and refinements of the file server upgrade project for two consecutive weekends.
