  Night Manager

  As the Night Manager, I am fully accountable for the seamless operation of all night shifts, ensuring that we deliver exceptional services in line with New World's brand standards.— I independently manage all aspects of front desk operations without the assistance of an operator or front desk staff. Therefore, collaboration with other departments is essential in my role. By working closely with these teams, I am able to anticipate guest needs effectively. As one of the management representatives, I possess the versatility to handle a variety of situations, incidents that may arise. In that capacity, I address any guest complaints promptly, resolve guest issues at the first point of contact with care and efficiency, minimize inconvenience and reinforce the resort’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Guest complaint handling is not just about fixing problems; it’s about creating memorable experiences that can transform unhappy guests into loyal customers for the brand.— Additionally, I conduct system audits, including cashiering, to ensure all transactions comply with front office and financial policies. I also prepare daily operations reports, providing management with vital information.—————With a capacity of over 375 villas (equivalent to more than 1100 rooms), New World Phu Quoc Resort offers a wide range of accommodation options that cater to the needs of every traveler.
