  It’s hard to believe that a year has already passed since I joined CCS Computers Pvt. Ltd. as a Customer Support Engineer. This past year has been an incredible learning experience, filled with challenges, growth, and memorable moments.In this role, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with customers, understanding their issues and finding solutions to keep their systems running smoothly. Each problem solved taught me something new, whether it was about troubleshooting, communication, or simply staying calm under pressure.The support from my team has been amazing.
