      As a Regional Category Manager (RCM) i'm contributing in building the category strategy, updating it on a yearly basis, and deploying it in the respective region, provides sourcing directions to internal customers and ensures sourcing execution in geographical scope. I am accountable for the performance of the category and in charge of within the region i covering. I managing and providing escalation support to plants and/or OCP teams with relevant strategic suppliers.• Perform needs analysis for different Schneider businesses and segment the category needs.• Perform in the geographic zone (Europe) market analysis / intelligence and identification of market trends that could affect the pricing, supply, geopolitical and other risks and other strategic subjects.• Lead alignment of category strategy engaging all key stakeholders: Business Unit , Industrial Cluster, Offer Creation Process (OCP) Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain organizations, etc.• Design category strategy for the region to meet needs and achieve objectives on continuous improvement (quality, cost/productivity, service, innovation, sustainability).• Contribute to the development and deployment of the global cost models, scoring models, price indexes etc.• Create the yearly negotiation roadmap and accomplish• Propose the evolution of the Supplier Orientation Chart (SOC) based on the evolution of the Category Strategy.• Define the contractual strategy of the category (Master Service Agreement, Lending for Use Agreements, etc.) in alignment with Category Pole and support with strategic suppliers• Leverage other Regions for a global coordination and best practices sharing (i.e. Center Of Excellence -COE- participation when existing).• Track the Performance for the category (Quality, Service, Productivity, innovation, sustainability …) and the execution of key initiatives (increase of Master Service Agreement coverage, risk assessment and reduction, …).
