Advise, assist, and train host nation military and coalition forces on nondestructive testing methodology, implementation, and interpretation. Direct all physical, continual, and upgrade training for 200 people across multiple specialties. Manage all logistical movements for equipment and personnel to include hazardous material, inspection, and delivery to locations worldwide. Conduct and document annual NDT personnel evaluations in accordance with NAS410 as well as A&P evaluations for 2K personnel. Manage all training and certification requirements for 100 personnel and accompanying database management. Team lead for multiple base-wide compliance inspections as part of the Wing Inspection Team. Organized and implemented multiple NDT methods across 74 F-15 (C/E) models and 10 HH-60 Pavehawks as well as managed the welder certification program for 50 personnel.
