  The Tourism Volunteers' mission is to welcome, inform and guide tourists in the main tourist and leisure sites of the Paris Ile-de-France destination. Skills developed: teamwork, reception and customer relations (tourists and professionals in seminars), use of Excel and Canva, creation of brochures and flyers for customers. As a volunteer at the Novotel Créteil le Lac, my missions were : - Welcoming tourists at the Novotel Créteil le Lac : accompanying them during their reservation, distributing flyers, and explaining things to them during their stay in Paris. - Training as a receptionist in the hotel : booking for groups or individuals, checking in guests, checking rooms. - Creation of flyers and distribution to promote the hotel's restaurant.
