General Manager of Scotch grain whisky distillery and cooperage. Leadership of ca. 150 employees. Three distinct areas of responsibility during this time: 1) Delivered Transformation Project focused on accelerating the Brand Change process 2) Brand Services innovation agenda and introduction of Business system for process development and documentation of key departmental ways of working. 3) Delivery of large scale brand change projects on key brown spirit brands. Responsible for small team delivering brand value engineering (BVE) projects covering both packaging and liquid. Delivered GBP 1M EP through whisky and packaging projects. Built strong relationships with Procurement and Operations teams. Responsible for pilot production plant. Manufactured high quality pilot volumes of New to World products for global market testing.
