  As one of the four selected candidates during an on-campus placement drive, I took a pivotal role in optimizing the material kit dispatch schedule for four assembly lines at the GE Healthcare shop floor. This initiative aimed to ensure a consistent work in progress (WIP) and streamline operations. Additionally, I contributed to the design of an efficient material kit trolley, prioritizing ergonomic considerations on the shop floor.In a parallel project, I undertook the challenge of enhancing efficiency in the testing process for RF coils, essential attachments to MRI machines. Leveraging AutoCAD, I meticulously designed a universal test fixture by closely analyzing the positions of transmitters and receivers.   In my role as a Data Scientist, I strategically implemented PCA and K-Means clustering algorithms to derive actionable insights from the performance data of 5000+ HP agents and 150+ sites. Over a span of one year, I curated and processed global data, providing training and coaching insights specifically tailored for low-performing call center agents and sites. My collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) worldwide on 100K+ survey cases and extensive operational datasets enabled the generation of real-time insights. Leveraging PowerBI, I crafted a dashboard showcasing crucial KPIs and tracking metrics. Additionally, I employed Flask API to automate data reports sent to site managers via Outlook, contributing to a 20% increase in the net promoter score and achieving $500K in operational savings over three quarters.This innovative approach received recognition from the Executive Leadership Team for its uniqueness and out-of-the-box thinking. Moreover, I had the opportunity to present a white paper on this AI tool for monitoring agent performance at the 2021 Global Data Science Knowledge and Discovery Summit at HP Inc.In a secondary project, I collaborated on establishing an early warning failure detection tool for 500+ global clients, utilizing applied analytics and Decision Trees.   Within the Digital and Transformation Organization (DTO), I spearheaded the development of the Dispatch Self Learning tool, an innovative AI/ML solution. This tool was trained on historical successful customer case resolutions, encompassing both remote and onsite solution delivery. I expanded its reach to European and Greater Asia countries by implementing an NLP-BERT solution, specifically trained on non-English customer case notes. This expansion empowered Call Center (CC) agents with valuable information, enabling them to troubleshoot customer cases efficiently. Consequently, this optimization in part logistics, reduction in labor costs, and improvement in customer satisfaction were achieved. Notably, I engineered a sophisticated text processing pipeline for the translation of non-English case notes to English for BERT model training. This approach significantly reduced translation service costs by 95%, resulting in a remarkable $12 million in annual savings.In a secondary project, I took on the challenge of investigating and identifying fraudulent warranty claims. Through a meticulous analysis of anomalies in geography, part numbers, and claim frequency, I successfully pinpointed such claims. Additionally, I developed a fraud AI tool, which efficiently detected illegitimate warranty claims, contributing to annual savings of $2 million. Show less
