      Job Profile• Overall responsible to prepare and supervise forecast, cost control, general accounting and full profit and loss.• Prepare and supervise department wise budget, track expenses and provide monthly financial reports to executive team with variance analysis.• Evaluate Trial Balances on a regular and monthly basis and submit a report to the CFO.• Follow up on out-standings and discrepancies arisen from the reconciliation and ensure all are cleared timely and no entries remain outstanding for more than a month.• Adhere to regulations of local government department and ensure compliance with regulations.• Coordinate with management teams to develop strategic plans to increase profitability, productivity and customer service.• Preparation of Company’s Quarterly and Annual Financial statement as per IFRS and local statute Requirements.• Support Financial Controller/CFO in evaluating business risks, formulating Corporate Policies and strengthen internal controls.• Manage the whole internal/external audit cycle including co-coordinating Group Audits and Government Audits.• Training to team members to enhance knowledge and increase productivity in their work.• Drive best practice sharing.• Manage the Corporate Governance including abreast with the changes in laws impacting the business and company performance.
