I have managed our Retail Management Trainee Program for the past 10+ years, supporting our bench-strength and readiness of our "next" managers. This program has just undergone a major redesign taking the program from a nine month course to a 16-week laser focused program. In addition, I also oversee Follett's college internship programs which range from summer internships to class semester internships to 2-year programs that students complete as they earn an Associate's Degree.
