  Inspection: - CPV Inspector of: Heat Exchanger, Reboiler, Heater, Fin Fans, Filter, Air Receiver, Storage Drum, Sphere, Reactor, Column, Auto Clave, Transportable gas containers (Cylinders and drums), Storage Tanks (Fixed Roof and Floating Roof), and Pipe lines- Vender/workshop inspections on various equipment for Intertek clients using approved codes or specifications (ASME/AWS/EN codes and Sasol specs)- Visual and dimensional inspections on structural steel fabrication jobs and pressure parts or component fabrication jobs namely: Piping, Ductings, Mill Housing, Expansion joints, Structural Steel works, Shiftable columns, Fans Impellers, Heating Elements, DFT Inspection after galvanizing or painting, Fit-Up Inspections on various components/equipments- Workshop or Field Inspections.- Ensuring jobs are done as per approved QC Plans or ITPL’s.meet the quality requirement- Arranging and witnessing all required NDE/Destructive testing or PWHT. Ensuring fabrication is done as per required codes - Review of WPS and ensuring correct consumables used on the job. Ensuring final product is meeting the code of construction or client specification.Welding: - Workshop machine operator (Guillotine, Bend Presser, Drilling, Roller Machines).- Welder (SMAW, SAW, GTAW, GMAW welding processes) – wilding of structural steel jobs and shell to shell and various assembly jobs.- Semi-Skill Boilermaker (Small jobs: gratings, structural, brackets and steel plates preps and cutting and Layout) Destructive and Non Destructive Testing:- Arranged and Witnessed various mechanical testing for PQR’s/WPS’s or for WQR’s at various SANAS Approved laboratories - (Tensile/Bend/Hardness/Impact or Charpy V Notch/Fillet Fracture Tests - as per applicable code or client specification)- Arranged and Witnessed various NDE as required by the code- ( MT, PT, UT Eddy Current, Iris test, RT (review), and wallthickness measurements) Show less
