The change incorporated the move from an autonomous structure to a centrally controlled system, and a move from old legacy hardware to DEL equipment.Role Involved:- Windows 2000 rollout incorporating thin client (terminal services). Management of the install and setup to compaq legacy systems.Organisation of fibre WAN link, Cisco routers instalation and firewall set-up for Novel 4.11 legacy system.Responsible for all legacy NT servers this included performance monitoring, backup procedures, redundancy and administration.Training of users on the new system and education to the new central call centre.
