  Currently leading a team of implementation consultants. I handle task management, scope management, stakeholder management, testing coordination, and career development for my team. We work to help ensure the client, the Georgia Department of Revenue, can meet all state taxpayer needs. As a part of the Central Assessment project team I worked implement the Railroad Equipment, Public Utilities, Airline Equipment, TVA, Public Service Commission, and the new Qualified Timberland Property taxes into Fast Enterprise’s integrated tax software. We worked collaboratively with the local government services division to ensure all legal requirements were being met and that all taxpayers filing these taxes would be able to file their taxes using Georgia Tax Center going forward. As a part of the production support team, I worked with business groups to improve existing processes and correct functional errors that prevented work from being completed. Daily activities consisted of gathering requirements and understanding business problems so that I could develop solutions that could be tested. The main goal was to ensure taxpayers could navigate Georgia Tax Center and Department of Revenue employees could handle daily workflows unimpeded.
