  • Follow up Preventive maintenance schedule and report to CMMS system.• Follow up Predictive maintenance activities, Oil analysis and vibration analysis to plan effective proactive actions.• Troubleshoot Rotating Equipment failures and carry out corrective actions• Supervise contractor in Rotating equipment overhaul and maintenance procedures, inspect technical measurements according to OEM manual and relevant API standards.• Evaluate Spare parts criticality, attributes and availability to ensure minimum downtime.• Coordinate with internal and specialized workshops for Machining, balancing and fabrication needed for Rotating equipment parts.• Prepare for major turnarounds of plant units, and prepare parts, tools and procedures for equipment overhaul. • Document all maintenance activities and major overhauls into comprehensive reports, and report to the CMMS system to record history of equipment.• Participate in Root cause failure analysis, discussions with experts and equipment OEM, integrate solutions and any upgrades needed to enhance equipment reliability.• Equipment with completed overhauls under my supervision:● Overhaul of multistage Centrifugal compressor Replacing bearing, dry gas seal and complete rotor check● Overhaul of Reciprocating compressors, Power end and gas end.● Overhaul of steam turbines.● Overhaul of overhung, Between bearing, vertical, and Positive displacement pumps.● Overhaul of Air Coolers and Centrifugal blowers.● Overhaul of Agitator tank mixers.
