Working with EDF energy‘s education team to develop a strategy to promote the skills needed locally, during and following the build of Hinkley C power station. This project’s core aim was to drive an increase in local employment over the following 10 years, as the skills mix needed was contradictory to the government’s baccalaureate initiative.
