      1. As a gist of my experience ,I have joined ABB in 2008 for developing the business of 11kV RMU and CSS in which ABB is in process of establish this product. From 2008 to 2010 , we converted RMU & CSS from "Concept selling" to "Product Sales" by working with all North Indian consultants and End customers/Utilities to accept the RMU/CSS concept as Standard product, doing spec-in with RMU/CSS instead of conventional 11/33kV HT VCB Panel , conducting consultant meets and presentations to make understand the product and advantages. In 2 years, ABB RMU/CSS business achieved grand success and recognised goodself as Best Salesperson of India Award in 2010.2. 2011- 14 : ABB handed responsibility to grow Loose HT VCB breaker cum OEM sales business (New Concept ) for North India market .This business was given a shape under my command and achieved 150% growth/annually along with a systematic policy in place for all OEMs/Partners to sell their panel along with ABB Loose breaker. Further, till 2016 ,OEM business has reached 10 times growth which has been appreciated across the Industry and same concept has been tried by other competitors in market .3. Last but not least, I have been given addition responsibility in 2016 to increase business with Domestic EPC Exporter’s as Key Account manager of M/s ISGEC ,Technofab International & Samsung overseas etc , I have achieved the growth of 35% YOY in business.My skill set particularly includes product knowledge of 11 &33 kV VCB panel, RMU, CSS ,GIS, PCVCB , relays, Autoreclosure & Sectionalizer with great interpersonal skills, managerial and organizational talents and good communication skills.
