  Stellwerk from Diakonie Hasenbergl e.V. offers assited living for adolescents between 17 and 21 years. Most of the residents come from broken homes and struggle often with early school leaving, illegal consumptions of drugs, a criminal past, debts and mental problems such as depression. My tasks include being a close contact person who they can talk to and who gives support. Furthermore, I plan and conduct special daily activities such as going to the mountains, doing sports or going some art projects. This work teaches me a great openess towards all kind of personalities and backgrounds. Show less

  The Centrum for Applied Political Research (CAP) organizes in cooperation with the Bavarian Parliament (Bayerischer Landtag) simulation games at schools in Bavaria to teach students in a playful way how the legislative process in Bavaria looks like. As a teamer, I go to different schools in bavaria and conduct these simulation games with the pupils. This includes taking them through the game and after moderating a discussion round with members of the parliament from different political parties and the pupils. This work requires a strong usage of pedagogic methodes, coordinating big groups of teenagers, professional handling of politicans and generally a high level of autonomy. Show less
