      • Life skills training and facilitation for secondary students.• To manage the relationship of children assigned on behalf of the Ngong Road Children Foundation (NRCf). This includes home visits, child assessments, building relationships with parents, and guardians.• Visit children’s homes and schools twice per year during which the home situation will be evaluated and an assessment form completed.• An impromptu visit to the school where the child is learning to know whether the child has issues that will render not eligible to the program e.g. missing school for no reason, whether the child has been a street boy or street girl, whether the parents are difficult to deal with.• Manage, maintain, and share databases for the assigned children. This involves updating the database with school marks, health issues, height/weight, parent and guardian information, attendance records for Saturday, and record correspondence.• Communicate the benefits of the NRCA program to guardians. Information about the living location and phone number should be updated in the database, if necessary.• Support and supervise children to communicate with their sponsors through letters at least two times per year.• Effective recruitment of new applicants to the Ngong Road Children Foundation for child support.• Distribute and keep proper records on uniforms, books and other supplies to the assigned children• Make follow-ups on children's health status and if necessary advise on medical attention, get approval for treatment and support in hospital visits by accompanying child and guardian to the hospital.
