  Primary role :- Analyzed and assessed construction, reliability, and functionality of all new Radio Frequency devices and microcircuits for the use in the Mission Systems sector and the entire company in high reliability applications such as atmospheric or space flight. Parts are assessed based off analysis of qualification data and known construction reliability issues.- Worked with the Reliability Analysis Lab (RAL) to analyze Destructive Physical Analysis (DPA) reports for anomalies and failures, such as tin whiskers, and determine best course of action for future testing and part approval.Secondary Role:- Design, prototype, test and build new company standard flushing system for SLS 3D printed enclosed heatsinks. Flushing system is to remove remaining SLS powder micro particles considered to be a FOD danger for microelectronics., as well as test the heatsinks for functionality and reliability. - Worked primarily independently but also in close collaboration with upper level management and senior staff where necessary to ensure designed system was robust, free of unknown errors, fool-proof, and easily applicable for manufacturing operators through out the company.Additional Roles:- Collaborate on a daily basis with interdisciplinary teams including materials, mechanical, reliability, electrical, and even supplier technical teams to assess new designs and the reliability issues that arise with their implementation.- Support teams in creating custom part drawings for their designs (SCD's) which included creating custom testing schemes that would ensure the parts are reliable for their given application.- Analyze test data for space bound parts and components to ensure the parts meet all specifications.- Learned company systems, programs, and common practices in less than three months to become an effective team member of the Components Engineering team.
